holistic, mindful, spiritual
individual psychotherapy
We ought to view ourselves with the same curiosity and openness with which we study a tree, the sky or a thought, because we too are linked to the entire universe.
―Henri Matisse
Are you struggling with any of the following?
Trauma or recurrent, painful memories of any type, anxiety, depression, anger and chronic stress, unhealthy relationships, conflict (internal and interpersonal), personal growth, distorted self-image and self-esteem, career
Childhood issues affecting adult life, dysfunctional patterns and “stuckness,” indecision, painful shyness and introversion, loneliness, grief, loss, sadness, lack of personal fulfillment, creative blocks.
How I am as a therapist
Whether you’re new to therapy or have done a great deal of self-development, I support you free of judgement or preconceived notions.
I am a non-pathologizing therapist. While you may experience extreme emotions and internal disturbances, except in rare and extreme cases, my therapy frame does not include labeling clients as “mentally ill.”
My style as a therapist is active and engaged. I do not let you sit there in silence. I’m transparent and I come to each session prepared to get in there and figure it out with you.
The work we do together will be guided by the energy and topics you bring to every session. Therefore, we could work in a similar fashion for a while until we clear existing blocks or, we might chart a different course and work in a different way every time we meet.
Our approach toward helping you manifest wholeness will be customized to you.
