Registered Psychotherapist
I am a psychodynamically oriented integrative therapist, with a down-to-earth, compassionate approach.
I value my clients' uniqueness and offer insights from a wide spectrum of therapeutic methods to meet individual needs and orientations.
I prioritize creating a space of trust, safety, and authenticity. My work is centered on uncovering and addressing root causes while also providing practical tools to manage symptoms.
I’m a registered psychotherapist licensed in Ontario, Canada. I work with adults and couples and my practice is 100% virtual.
Areas of speciality
My experience extends to serving adults and couples exclusively.
Adults who work with me have typically done some form of self-development and are looking to go deeper and address their stuff at the root. I also work with those new to therapy who are courageously ready to take the first step.
I specialize in guiding couples towards restoring trust, intimacy, safety and communication.

My Philosophy (in brief)
You and I are exceptionally resilient but can often overlook this when faced with enough stress to alienate us from our essence. Therapy is a space that can help you regain connection to your sense of wholeness beyond the symptoms.
Pain is a message from the body pointing our attention to where our deepest needs are not being met, where we feel least seen and understood. Confusion, on the other hand, hinders us from listening to these messages. Together you and I work to resolve confusion by asking the right questions, pausing to feel, process, understand, and learn. How this is done depends on where you are on your journey but the key ingredients always include willingness and consistency.
In general my psychotherapy style is original, warm, creative, relational, practical, non-judgemental and openminded. It has evolved over a decade of study, practice, travel, and self-development.
What our first few sessions will look like
Exploring concerns
In our initial sessions we will focus on exploring your concerns, looking at both the challenges you're facing and the strengths you naturally bring to the table.
History taking
We'll also dive into your personal history to gain a better understanding of your experiences and how they may be influencing your current situation. This isn't about dwelling on the past but gaining insights that can guide our work towards a more fulfilling aligned future.
Goal setting
Together, we'll collaboratively identify goals for our time together. These goals will serve as our roadmap, helping us stay focused on what matters most to you. It's important that these goals feel right for you, reflecting your aspirations and what you hope to achieve through therapy.
